What you'll do
Identify, introduce, and warm-hand qualified candidates into our onboarding flow. Stay in light touch with referrals as they ramp up on the platform.
How it pays
Performance-based comp on activated clients, with tiered upside for top performers. Earning tier depends on your state and your network's promo eligibility.

What we look for
- 21+ and US-based
- A small group of people who'd actually pick up your call — quality beats follower count
- Comfortable with short video or phone calls (10–20 min) to manage referrals
- Honest, self-aware, and follows through — we're optimizing for long-term partners
- Prior sales, referral, affiliate, or community-leader experience is a plus, not required
